Golf Outing Over Labor Day Weekend

With autumn in the air and a long Labor Day Weekend upon us, my thoughts turn to golf. More specifically, golfing in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. I found some sweet deals at Tilghman Resort & Golf that would tempt anyone dreaming of North Myrtle Beach golf vacations. Since I'll be staying at one of the finest golf resorts the area has to offer, I’ll have everything I need for my time away plus a lot of extras, and I’m looking forward to it more than words can say.

If you’re thinking about getting away to play some golf, maybe just on your own, I highly recommend staying at Tilghman if you want to experience one of the most rejuvenating North Myrtle Beach golf vacations you could ever have. The amenities are outstanding and this Mediterranean-styled resort. They have five different size beautifully designed condominiums that offer all of the comforts of home. There are two- and three-bedroom condos with large, private balconies offering panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean, lakes and gorgeous golf course fairways. I don’t think you could find a more beautiful setting in the area. It’s always my preferred place to stay.

While I’m there this weekend I’m definitely going to check out the Beach Boogie and BBQ Festival that’s being held from Aug. 31-Sept. 2, 2012 at Grand Park at The Market Common, Myrtle Beach. Hours of it are Friday 6-9:30 p.m., Saturday 12-9:30 p.m., and Sunday 12-5 p.m. There’s a free kids zone on Sat. and Sun. from 12-5 p.m. You can’t beat the unlimited samples for just $10 on Saturday so I’ll be arriving hungry.
